Wings4U is a global 100% remote B2B marketing agency. We are looking for an experienced account based marketing strategist to support our marketing team. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience in account based marketing (ABM) strategy and tactics, and will have a proven track record of managing ABM campaigns.

Develop Wings4U ABM strategy, working closely with sales and operations team to execute the strategy at every level of customer experience.
Analyze, monitor target accounts and interview current customers to determine effective ABM campaigns and tactics based on engagement.
Take a data-driven approach to customizing marketing assets and develop initiatives that align with the customer journey and sales cycles.
Consult marketing team to provide sales enablement activities plan on each individual account basis, using various mediums, such as digital, events, social.
Work with sales to track organization penetration and gaps in targets within strategic accounts, align marketing and sales in defining ABM targets.
Consult with sales and operations to build a process for ABM planning: tracking, metrics, goals setup.
Audit and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques and processes.
B2B demand generation and marketing expertise.
Experience in working closely with leadership, sales and marketing teams, reaching consensus, introducing new strategies, measuring and proving success.
Effective communication skills with focus on what’s relevant, actionable.
Analytical mindset with ability to track, report and identify what’s not working.
Experience integrating ABM into sales operations.
Entrepreneurial mindset
Fluency in English
Fluency in additional language to English.
In-depth knowledge of tech & IT marketing.
Experience in a small agency environment, applying ABM in small scale.
